Cost: $10 per person – tables of 10 maximum

Please bring a snack to share on your table. Coffee and tea will be available free all evening and cans of soft drink will be for sale at $1 each. Plates of cake (enough pieces for a table of 10) will be for sale at $5.00. There will again be an auction and a stall with donated items and crafts made by team members for sale. It will be an evening of fun for every age and you may even learn some new facts! Find out about the Russian team for 2012 and learn a little more about the Mission work over there. Come and support the team!!!

WA United in Christ Easter Camp is back! Easter Camp 2012 promises to be bigger and better than ever before. We are heading down to Busselton on the calm beach waters of the Baptist Campsite with a whole bunch of youth from all over Perth and WA. Easter Sunday service – April 8 at 9:30am and 6:00pm

We have been making our way through the season of Lent recently, with today being the fifth Sunday in the season. Then next Sunday is Palm Sunday, and the following Sunday already Easter. It’s a time of year that especially reminds us that Jesus went to the cross and gave his life also because of our sins, paying for them with his own blood shed on the cross as we look to him in faith. It’s a time of year that especially prompts us to sadness and repentance for sin, and then also to joy in the knowledge that our sins are forgiven in Christ, that we are right with God, and that we have forgiveness and life rather than impending judgment and eternal death.
